Ok peeps, I am 49 years old. Married 28 years with 3 kids. I am unemployed at the moment. Income is only $500 a week. I have a 4 bed house in Forest Lake with $95,000 mortgage worth approx $300,000.
I know that somewhere some how I can make the 200K equity work for me.
Can I do this in my current state of unemployment?
    I have no liquid cash.
    I am willing to learn.
I have no debt, other than the mortgage, ie no CC car loan or any outstanding Finance.
I have started reading all the posts in the forums, this could take awhile!…LOL
Is there any one willing to give me a hand? Point me in the right direction, meetings in Brizzie anything to get me started?
I am not looking for some one to do this for me just get me on the right path.
Prehaps if any one has the time they could email me at [email protected]

well that $200k equity could be redrawn at 6%, and invested in anz shares at 12%, giving you a 6% difference on $200k = $12,000 p.a. Thats not including any option writing which could earn another $40k – $80k.

    G’day Normie…

Received your email and will advise over the weekend. Just make sure you don’t lose your equity on some hairbrained scheme.

    Talk later
