    WHere can i get info on a certain area or development who the owners are? Eg if i wanna know the addresses of the overseas investors.

    You could try the local council. Don’t know if there is a charge or not.

    Do a search either online or offline for the Property Title

    Citec let you do a title search for most states (use the Land Search function to retrieve a Property Title)

    There are a some other australian websites that also let you do title searches, but I don’t have any links handy.

    With a Title Search, You get the owners Address but not phone number.

    The cost is approximately $22
