Hey Gang,
Does anyone has any comments about investing in western Australia and especially Perth area and south (Burnbury, south west, etc…) any info great.

I am also in Perth and interested in properties within a couple of hours of Perth.
My preference is for ones in the $300,000 to 1 million range.

Th same question was posted a month or so ago and there were several responses.look into old posts.Oh and don,t get your hopes not a lot of answers are handed out on a plate, but some handy info for those starting out or just looking out.
may save you a coulpe of country trips.
