Hi all, I haven’t seen this mentioned so far but the http://www.propertyguide.com.au
website covers mainly regional property (including commercial) and I have found it to be a great resource, with some properties not making it to realestate.com.au but appearing here.

    Enjoy it!

    Hi all

The site doesnt work so type it in a new window and it will work and yes it is great

taralgon 95000 earning allready 130, and 95000 is the asking price it doesnt meet the 11 second rule but repayments would be around 105 dollars…. a good opportunity i think???

    Regards Josh

Hi Josh: 130pw/$95k – 7.1% gross. Higher than average for Vic (even Traralgon) but not outstanding.

I’d personally give it a miss unless it had growth or improvement potential.

Re the website, it’s very patchy – ie some parts of WA where I know there are dozens of properties for sale have no listings. Got a laugh when looking at the Latrobe Valley. There is a 3br house in Traralgon listed at $13,500 [:)] But looking at the fine print, it says $120-135,000 [:(]

    Folks

I have been using this site for some time, it has led me to some interesting finds but in most cases they have been sold long ago, so it is not updated or maintained to well.

    Cheers

Hi Leigh I find it about as good as realestate.com for updating, however it has a function to limit your search by last updated which is what i do to filter out the older/sold properties.
