    Hi all,

I’m new to all this and after looking around various websites, reading Steves and John Burleys book I can only really find 3 property courses that seem to have a generally good reputation (I think).

These being Steves, Rick Ottons and John Burleys Bootcamp. Steves seems to be the most reasonably priced and Burleys by far the most expensive. Can he really teach you about property investing in Australia effectively?

Any ideas on which one would be best to learn about positive cashflow property investing and why? Has anybody done all three and can comment perhaps?

I’m just trying to make an informed choice and would appreciate any help.

    Thanks a lot,
    Jann
