    Hi guys,

    New to the market for renos and IPs. Can anyone recommend a good accountant in the Perth area who knows all the ins and outs of investing/structures/tax deductions etc?

    Can anyone help with this. I’ve read so many messages about ensuring I get started correctly and don’t want to send most of my gains ([:P]hopefully!) to the ATO.

    I’d like to hear of a good Accountant too. Just thought I had one but the firm turned out to be a bit too unethical for my liking. I want to get all my legal deductions for both our building company and our property investments so I can sleep and not worry about an audit.

    Seems that noone wants to give up their accountants details. Either that or they don’t have one (risky!)
