    Hi all…

    I have been refining my research methods and have been able to find positive cash flows however researching further i have discovered that indeed a commercial/retail property does offter a more handsome return now i do understand that risk comes along side return, however i was curious if there is any other issues arising with a commercial/rental property, i.e tenant problems….??? Any experiances would be highely appreciated.

    Finance is a little more expensive and deposits need to be higher.
