    We need help.
Having read Steve’s book and attended seminars,3 of us combined resources to build a portfolio.
Trouble is, having trawled the net for hours, we cannot find properties under $100,000 within 4 hrs. drive of Sydney.
Can anyone offer some advice – or should we be looking at more expensive properties?

I just found one for $92500 about 2.5 hrs from sydney on my first go since reading your post so my advice would be to look at realestate.com.au
BTW 197 other people have also ‘looked’ at this property which makes me think that your search techniques may need improving. Try doing a search on this forum to find other searching resources.

I also just remembered, a 2 bedroom unit in an outstanding part part of town (just around the corner from me[;)] ) for sale for $99000 which is on the net.

So this can be an assignment for you, find it!

One simple answers is to switch States.
Most of the properties we deal with are below <$100K

    Hi Qld’s 007,

From your username, I’m guessing that you’re located in Qld.

Do you know anything about a town called Biloela? Edmonton?

I am a QLDr and while I love my state I am actually looking at investing in NSW. I have found domain.com.au to be an excellant site for <100K sales.

    Good hunting.

I’ve been using realestate.com.au to look for under 100k properties in NSW. Basically I go town by town and see what is there (0-200K). Is there a better way to do it.
For example, how do I find the $92500 property bc and powmow mentioned?
