As you can see… few people interested in this post but no replies [?]

    I’m interested too..
Maybe we’ll have to get mini-mogul,peterp,enjo lady or one of the other numerous people out there with a “wealth” of information and insight.

No one wants to visit us huh, we’re like the cousin you keep in the cupboard when visitors come over, no-one wants to know [:0)]

Thanks for the vote of confidence, I also thought your poor cousin quote was very funny[:0)]

I personally love WA, have been there a few times.

As for a seminar, I am happy to come over and blab to you guys for a day if you can organise 150 others at $999 per person [:D] Let me just grab my calulator[:O]. Of course that’s not why I’d do it, just covering my costs … you know[:P]

I don’t guarantee that there is much value in it for you but I’m happy[:D]

    Cheers

Too cheap Enjo! Make it $1998 and we’ll go halves! [:D]

Now everyone must understand that this will be a once-only appearance of both of us on the one stage, so book now. [;)] Once we retire on the income from our growing property portfolios, there’ll be no more seminars, ever! [:(]

Enjo is spot-on about the costs also – if income from the audience exceeds our costs, you can guarantee we’ll balance things up by spending the difference – after all we deserve it! [:D]

    Rgds, Peter

PS: We’re not doing it for ourselves, but because we like to put a little back into the society from which we have gouged so much out of!

    Guys, Guys, Guys,

Just running some quick calc’s & I’ve come up with a better way to spend $1998!! We still get to meet mini, peter & enjo lady (& others) and share their wisdom.

Flight from Perth to Melb – $550
A couple of nites at Crown – $600
Bar tab at the Windsor – $500
Meals in Liagon St – $200
    Taxi Fares – $100
    Panadol, Berroca & Bottled water – $40

The plan would be – fly to Melb., invite everybody to the pub, shout a few rounds, get ’em to blab, say our goodbye’s, & back on the plane to start a fresh week at work on Monday.

And we are still $8 in front……

    Hi,

    Don’t fret.

I’ll try to make it to Perth in early/mid 2004.

Information will be outlined via the newsletter.

    Cheers,

    Steve McKnight

Would be fantastic to see Steve here early 2004. I’ve been racking my brains for a couple of weeks trying to work out how I can juggle things to get to one of the Eastern seminars.

Just throwing this to the front again for our states sake..[:0)]

Enjolady your right…friendly competition is always good.

Kewl dude (ette [;)] )The Crown casino deal sounds better though, we’ll go for a bulk deal. Can we claim as a tax deduction (hmmm [|)] as its 330am and i’m sleepy..Lotto should be a tax deduction, goes to Charity doesnt it??[}:)])

    Bye 4 now

    Agree Redwing,

And while we are there we can purchase ourselves a cheap little 3×1 and repeat the process every year!!!!
