    Howdy

Just a small query on the issue of keeping the “flow” of your property reno/investing running smoothly.
What have most people found to be the biggest drawback? say ive reno and have equity to now leverage into another property, would it be wise to tenant out the reno property first, and then move on?
How can you access some of that equity for say, the loss of earnings or even better, to pay yourself while you continue?.
Is it best to achieve you cash flow this way(at first) or through multiple properties(tenants)

just a few things that have been on my mind
