    Does anyone have any thoughts on Nhill in western victoria

    You could try the council, Wes Davidson Real Estate handle most sales in teh town. The is a stack & station agent in town that might be able to help you, I haven’t delt with them yet.

    Plust there are many other sources a good source is walkabout.com.au for a general overview of different towns etc. Plus as recently mention ABS stats, REIV.

    hi guys

    i like Nhill, its about 150km further along the road from me. It’s a go ahead sort town.
    every time i drive through it, it looks better and better.

    Be careful in that region, Nhill is in an area of significant population decline.

    hi guys

    slum lord you are right historically the population has been in decline, but this small community has been incredibly pro active to return the town to growth. i haven’t seen the recent figures but i don’t think there are vacant houses there. (i don’t own any in Nhill it is too small for me).

    Nhill has got 3 main industries that help to sustain the town so they don’t rely on the land. This helps as 2 of those industries brings transient employees through the town that require housing.

    Population is low, but it has other pluses.
