    Steve,
I understand from your newsletter you have already selected ‘proteges’ for your mentoring programme.
Will there be another opportunity to become mentored in 12 months time?
I am 27yo, started my portfolio 12 months ago and now own 3 properties. Very keen to see it growing and I share the same goal of not having to work in a few years time.
    regards,
    Ben Carbery

    Hi Ben,

    I’m not making any promises.

Let’s finish what’s been started and reassess.

Still, I can say that it will those that have attended seminars and contribute on this forum that have the best chance of being selected IF I do anything in the future.

Interesting… some people have said they’d do anything to be mentored. Anything? Well, we have said to quite a few that attending the eminar would be a great platform to launch your success and have a chance to network with our organisation.

    “How much?”, they ask.

    “$1,190.”

Oh, no… I don’t want to pay that.

Ah, then you won’t do anything will you?

I’m not saying that being at the seminar is the be all and end all. But, if you want to network with Dave, me and some of my closest friends and advisers (who regularly attend as my guests)… then you’ll need to come along.

I definitely subscribe to the theory that hanging around successful people rubs off. And trust me… I’ve paid a lot of money to learn and hang around successful people!

    Cheers,

    Steve McKnight

    Hi Steve,
Thanks for the reply, fair points. I won’t do anything myself, but am not really the groupie type anyway ;)
I am in fact considering attending the seminar in Sydney. $1190 certainly isn’t outrageous if the benefits are there.
What size event will this be, i.e. how many people? Will specific questions from the attendees be encouraged or will it be a fairly passive affair?

    cheers,
    Ben Carbery

    Ben

My experience at 2 of Steve’s seminars is that a total cost of around $3000 (hubby & I) was recouped in our first deal, I also have purchased most of Steve & Daves products at a further $1000 approx. and feel every penny was more than worth it.

We played a real estate game at the 2 day seminar which I razzed as being a bit rushed and not flowing properly, but just from that game I have now identified so many points that came out of that game, how to identify buyers, wrappees, renters etc and that the market is often hot and rushed.

At the second seminar they boys didn’t get off the stage until every question in the room had been answered.

I feel I am “streets ahead” because of my investment in my property education.

I haven’t been to any other seminars (with the exception of the free mum and dad -geared ones), but intend to get along to some more of Steves and others during this next 12 months.

    Cheers

I wanted to offer my services as a helper for that seminar but it is my birthday! I personally think it would be a B****y good present, but not everyone agrees with me[:P].

Having said that it hasn’t come around yet[;)]

    Hi,

Leigh, will you give me another Enjo glove if you can come as a helper?[:P]

Probably be about 150 or so people there… I’m allocating specific time for questions and a quite a portion of the material will be stuff I have never discussed at seminars before.

The market is changing rapidly and I want to get the message out there for all to profit from. There will be mystery speakers (for about an hour) at the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane events. I need this to give my voice a rest.

    Cheers,

    Steve McKnight

TheENJOHusband read this post last night and said, I didn’t realise you really wanted to go, so you can if you want to.[:D] Woo hoo

So I suppose it is up to Steve.

As for the gloves, I could tell you how great they are but your probably better off hearing from others how good they really are.

    Good morning Kris

Thanks, that was very funny you’ll have everyone thinking you are a consultant too! She’s not BTW, she has pet grooming and minding service.

It was funny a couple of months ago she was washing my dogs and said I just read this great book it’s called 0 to 130 … And I said Oh yeah, but thinking not another b****y one[:0)]. I think it has turned her around.

As for the glove/seminar, like I said above it’s one thing in jest but I wouldn’t assume to have an invitation.

    Cheers
