Hi,
I find everybody’s input interesting.
I am interested in +ve gearing but have seen very interesting stuff about -ve gearing.
All opinions are valid and none are wrong just different as each of us have had varying experiences.
I have trouble following the stuff abot shares but it still is another valid point and I will try and learn about it at another point at the moment I am trying to learn about property investing.
I am not discounting other investments but I try and lern as much as I can and undestand it before moving on to something new and it can take me a while to learn.
PLease keep discussing things as it brings up interesting stuff

Its good to get the GOOD and BAD side of every issue so you can make a educated decision on anything you do.
