What about showing/attaching photos of the +cashflow properties bought by people in the Forum? Probably with the purchase price attached but without naming the location of course?
This might motivate the beginners (like me

]We we talking about the 11 sec rule, and thought about things like.. if you got a house, that just made the 11 rule, then you cant find tenants for say 3 months, you will need to pay the loan for 3 months worth of re-payments, thats a big chunk of your wage just so you dont lose the house.[
