I’m looking for someone who has had at least 15 to 20 years experience in positively geared property investment. I think what Steve is doing is great and to do it in less than 4 years is amazing. Still I wonder what many years of experience brings. That would be great.
In the book Ordinary Millionaires by Jim Mc Knight, chapter four introduces ‘jesse’ who for over 15 years has made a comfortable fortune by a simple cash is best approach. The guy lives in Unley Adelaide.
