Seeking input into getting a syndicate together to buy a quality Queenslander or colonial house in Ipswich Qld.
The reason for selecting Ipswich is that a grand old house in this city can still be found (just) for under $300,000.
This house will need all renovations to be done as its too hard with a syndicate deciding what needs to be done renovation wise.

The house will have to be located very close to the city of Ipswich in prestigous area.
The reason for the syndicate is that this can be achieved by people pooling their resources.

We need a person who can work out the way this can be structured. We have a lawyer that can be absolutley trusted. He is Tim O’Dwyer who you may have heard of him. He is featured in many media outlets he is wonderful.
We need a person with a banking background to advise us how this can be done.
We have a building inspector that can be trusted also.

Each persons name in the syndicate will be on the title and each person contributes the exact same amount each week towards costs etc. The house would have quality tenants of course and managed by PM.

If a person wants to pull out of the syndicate this will have to be disscussed how this will be done.
    Only genuine, serious people please.

Mayby you could set it up as a unit srtucture for example 20 units at $15000 = $300000 + costs. Each person might roughly have a rental return of $12 weekly based on $250 rent / 20 = 12.50.

    Just a thought
