Since im now a complete real estate geek Im finding that Im getting really excited about all the possibilities that exist in investing.
I never gave it a second thought until i turned 28 recently and now im getting my act together.
I have found many properties all over australia that warrant further investigation and money is short.
How the freaking hell do you come up with the cash fast?
Im aware of flipping and the like and even property sourcing, but i dont wanna give away my “secret stash!”

-how to buy property with no money down”.Apparently still appropriate today! Robert Kiyosaki’s first seminar was with this guy. I haven’t read this book but I’ve just read another one by the same guy (robert allen) and he’s totally brilliant.
