Here we are in Cape Waimiha deep in the King Country.
Having a meeting of the top brass from the Forum
Diamond, Westan and Muppet spent the night discussing NZ properties and where the best buys are. (Westan thinks he has bought all the good ones anyway and that there are no good ones left)The weather is fine and sunny and the RE agents keep ringing us up offering what they think are good deals.
We keep telling them that Westan has bought all the good deals.Westan and Diamond and families are off to the snow after lunch. Apparently there is to be a big fire works display there tonight.
We are all thinking of you all and you to Min.

Fireworks and snow? That would look spectacular! Hope the avalanche risk is low though.
NZ sounds just like Tassie a couple of years ago when all the ‘mainlanders’ started crossing the water to buy up all the + CF properties.
Hope there is a huge boom like Tas in NZ over the next couple of years!
