I’m brand new to this forum, so I apologise if this has been asked before.

I currently have a company set up that I use for share trading and am now looking at investment property for the first time. Without going into the reasons why I want to this, from a tax point of view is it possible to buy a property in the company name and then rent it out to myself as tenant (it would not be my principal place of residence). I expect that the ATO would want realistic rent charged, but I would aim for the bottom of the acceptable range to maximise tax deductions.
