Has anyone used the services of a RE agent/PM to help put together a LO?
I ask this because I’m looking at a borderline property with a long term tenant that I’m looking at trying to enter into a LO agreement.
What sort of fee would you pay the agent $500, $1000, % based???? Would you need to take into account the option pruchase price in the cals?
Or am I way off the mark and keep agents clear of LO’s??
