Why do you have to buy the one house?

Why don’t you buy a moderately priced house and another cheaper house as you IP?

You have enough money to demand things from people, not have them say no to you. Banks should be tripping over themselves to have you on their books.

Good luck, can’t think of any other situations.

Well folks I guess there must be a reason. The deposit is good so it must be your income or credit history.

Can you tell us about them or email to me if don’t want to go public.

I need to know what you earn and how you are employed.

    Cheers,
