    Howdy Y’all,

Has anybody been on one of these Investment Coach tour Weekends??

I have a little Booklet here from “Country House and Land Sales”. It is very interesting and detailed on Properties, land, Hotels, Villas all for sale in Regional and Country NSW

So has anyone been on these??

    Cheers,

    Hey Everyone again,

I have just read this booklet a bit more, most of the Block of Units and Villas in here are very close to or are Positive Cashflow.

If you want details on the next trip let me know!!

I wish I was in a position to get myself involved!!

I well if i can help some else get a head I will feel happy too.

    Cheers,
    Teylu

    Hi

What’s the cost/kickback to the people organising them? I’ve heard of someone doing them around Parkes and Dubbo…

    Cheers

    Richmond,

I think there is some sort of Spotters fee.
The deals seem quite good, but i guess more than anything encouraging for the people who think it is all hopeless.

The one I have is based around Wagga and it surrounding areas.

    Cheers,
    Teylu

Wouldnt this be like Investment Seminars where they show you properties that you can invest in.. but everyone else is also shown the properties, I would doubt they would leave the “good bargains” in there for someone else, they would most likely show you the ones they cant off load..[8D]

    Regards,
    Arty.

Sorry everyone, this might be for Steve,

They have a section on this Booklet that nearly looks like and sounds like an Extract out of Steve’s book. It is on Positive Cashflow opposed to Negative Gearing.

(I wish I had my book with me and I could check this)

    Cheers,
    Teylu

    Arty it seems like that.

They have a few tours a month. But I guess the thing that is good about it from my last post is the hope for the folks who think it is too hard to find +ve cashflow properties.

    Cheers,

Where could I get a copy? One has to start somewhere, even if in the rural sector.[:)]

    Cheers BC.

I didn’t think to use the Search Button as the Booklet I got was dated last week.

There was a fair bit previously posted.

I am going to do my own search on Victor Ollis.

    Cheers,
    Teylu
