I’m not familiar with the area, but doesn’t look like a large block of land. What is the local industry? How strong is the rental market in that area?
It doesn’t meet the 11 second solution, but it does say you could ‘up’ the rent with some cosmetic care. How much could you ‘up’ the rent to, once reno job is done? Would it be for buy and hold, for wrap, L.O etc?I think I’ll stick to the bathing box…I can just see myself sitting there on the beach with a margaritta in one hand and a book in the other…Oh what a life [

In particular those which are more of a permanent home type, especially near beach/foreshore areas. Do they make for a good investment? It is getting harder these days for the first home owner for example to own their own home. Also alot of low income earners. Any thoughts?
Work out a deal with a van park sorta as if the van park owner was youre PM. and you rented a spot cheap then he rented a van you bought and put on that site It would be a good way for caravan park owners to acess there equity??? just a thought??

Great investment. it sounds cheap at $25,000. I have seen them sell for over $100,000 in a good area, eg Brighton or Rosebud. I just missed out on one a couple of years ago ‘for free’ I was having breakfast and saw it in the local paper at Dromana and rang it up at 6.15am. It was already gone[
]. Too slow.I saw my first “genuine” BOX on a recent road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. I must say I thought they were pretty cool. But $100,000 !!!!
