    Hello,

    Has anyone ever had anything to do with Wise Cookie. They claim they will locate suburbs for you that return a positive cash flow. Just wondering if it is worth investigating further. Have seen the free video and like the ideas they have. Just wondering if the video series is generic and whether it would be out of date by the time I receive it.
