    Hi guys,

Anyone familiar with a good company who does Landlords Insurance in WA? A company that does a complete package (building/landlords) would be better if you know of any? Property manager insists on Landlords Insurance as part of their contract with us – is this also normal? Comments/suggestions would be welcome.

Try CGU. Approx $400 for the lot for a small property.

I use ST George Underwriting Agency. Their phone no is 08 93178400. They are quite reasonable.

I have been using CUG, but not direct as it is cheaper to use an agent. I have been using Anon, ANZ also an agent but Anon seems better. Found out that RAC also does Landlords. Their deal was even better except that they wont cover fibro must be brick. A friend of mine is a property manager and she prefers St. George.

    Hi suzieq
hope the crops are good out your way.L use
    Aon Insurance Services 94294444.
I have 2 i/props one in QLD one in WA.
Have not found another company to beat Aon,s premium.actually had a couple of other companys admit that they can,t compete with Aon.Have not had to make a claim as yet, thankfully, but all my queries are met with friendly prompt advice from Aon.actually know of another investment group with over 2000 members and 90% of that group are insured with Aon.
