    I’m only about half way through your book but was already thinking about what happends when interest rates go up with your 130 properties

    I have purchased your book and cannot put it down. I have already begun looking for properties in less high market areas and am checking out the status of local towns. Thanks so much I feel that I am beginning to make some life changing decisions.[:)]
