    I have found a +ve commercial property for sale in Raymond Terrace NSW. We are not in a position to proceed (usually will lend only 70%) its 159,000 and renting at 330 pw. It has a 12 month lease attached to the sale is office space with kitchenette, shower toilet and carparking- suit professional rooms.     about 25 mins drive from Newcastle, residential prices have been on the move in the area for last 12 months. HG
