I think I have seen another thread about this maybe you should try to search for “over 55” or Retirement Villages

    G’day Towlie,
I am not sure if you mean Retirement Villages or Pensioner Units. The PU’s are available in Qld and have a very good return. The rent is indexed twice a year with the pension but they can be difficult to finance and you will need a substancial amount of equity or cash.Speak with your broker or banker before you go to far.

    Regards
