As the titale suggests, yes I forked out the $60 for buyer beware and have found it excellent reading and looking at the templates.

As most of you are aware, I am not able to put the theory in practise and am inviting people to comment on how they have used Buyer beware, if it has been good or bad for them and what sort of reaction from real estate agents have you received.

I personally feel like a professional just looking at the templates but you know, being a teacher and all… cough cough…

So, tell me about you using it in real life. How is it?
    Cheers

    Hey Scremin,

From what I have read about peoples opinion/use of BuyerBeware has only been positive feedback. A few people have received compliments from the real estate on their professionalism when making offers. If you like try using the search link above to veiw some of the archives on the same topic.

    cheers
    Ed
