    Hi all,

    I’m hoping someone can help!!

    I’ve come across a property and my offer has been accepted, BUT…. my Mortgage Choice guy is having a problem finding me finance.

    The situation is 95% loan, under $50k with only 3months genuine savings in a small country town.

    If I had 20% deposit ‘not a problem’, but all of these conditions are causing a headache.

    Can anyone point me to a fincancial lender who would accept this criteria
