I’m looking for recommendations re an accountant in Brisbane with whom people have had good experiences in setting up the right structures for prop investment – preferably someone with a successful track record. Any advice would be most appreciated. Also anyone to steer clear of would be useful too. Not too far out of town would be nice.

    Hi Alfred,

I can highly recommend Dymphna Boholt – she is based in Maroochydore though but an absolute legend with property investors. Her contact no. is 07 5479 4455.

I use a great accountant in Brisbane who can definitely look after your tax and structures very well but I wouldn’t say they were lovers of property investing so I won’t publicise them here but drop me a line on [email protected] if you want more info.

    Alfred

Might want to try Steve at Cabreras in Burpengary.
He is excellent for setting up new structures and has been personlly involved in many wraps himself.
Just make sure that whatever entity you set up you can obtain finance in that entity. Email me if you need help.

    Cheers Richard
