    Hey everyone,

As a newbie to the REI scene I have read a HUGE amount of excellent & inspiring information from this forum and other external sources.
I have outlined a game plan and Im now at the stage of hunting for the pontential region for investing.
In course of doing my due diligence on the potential regions I am afraid that I may not be asking the right questions and or not correlating the information correctly. I mean ……..I dont really want to be the only person buying into town when the remaining population is trying to move out[:P](unlikely.. but i hope you get the gist).
I undertand that some may ride the backs of large companies like Mac Donalds, Bunnings etc (excellent idea!!)
Names of a few up and coming towns would a help [;)] But if not ….I would like hear about peoples formulas, advise and experience of good indicators when looking for that sleeping giant

    cheers

    Ed
