    Can anyone point me to a Finance broker/ lender where I can borrow at competative rates with the lender being 100% AWARE of the purpose of the loan, IE to on sell the property via a Wrap around mortgage. Cheers.[:)]

    I am a broker in Brisbane and have been hunting hard for a lender or two who is keen to do these type of lends, they are a bit left field [}:)].
