    I’m a collingwood supporter (*ducks for cover*), but for me a Sydney victory is far better than an Adelaide victory! [:P]

    Good win by the Swans. I was also happy with my teams performance this week (Essendon fan). Replay of last years match against Port thanks to this win. A different ending this year is in order…

    Looks kind of tough for them…Collingwood seems to be the team to beat after Ports choke today. I am not totally adverse to a Lions win, but some mates in Brisbane would never let me hear the end of it.

    It’ll be a Crows v Collingwood grand final – look out magpies, the crows are finding form and will take the cup back to south australia where it belongs.

    As someone who has lived in South Africa, New Zealand and now Queensland, I am naturally a rugby fan.

    So my question is – Are there any rules in AFL or do they make it up as they go along?

    brianhc – there are rules and we (victorians) made the rules, and therefore the other states dont really understand them (slow learners). thats why the umpires love us vics

    they have rules, but the umpires change them throughout the game, it makes the games a lot closer.
