Who knows whether steve manages all his buy & holds or whether he delegates that job to an agent??
I think he used to manage them himself, but now does not have the time. So to answer the question, I believe he has an agent or similar manage his properties.
I’m sure Steve will clarify.

Two point but just guess
1) If some has 100+ proeprty I don’t think he/she can manage them self.
2) If some one buying every where not close to place where they live then can’t be manage by your self.
