    I bought a block of land yesterday for $90,000, 1km from the ocean in one of the latest coastal areas to boom in Qld. New 3 b/r houses in the same area are selling from $270,000 upwards. The demand is outstripping the supply and will continue. I know of one more block at the same price, otherwise all land is selling from $145,000.If anyone is interested in the details, email me at [email protected]
