    Hi all

    there is a book that some of you will find very helpful and interesting, it’s called

    Victoria – A Guide to Property Values – 2001 edition (Latest available.)
    It’s on special for $10.95 (normally $59)

    Its put out by the valuer General, i quote from this reference in past discussions on the forum when i’ve argued that the market didn’t drop 30% 10 years ago. The book has every suburb and country area of Vic. It’s probably on special because the next edition is about to come out.

    In the resources menu of this site a number of books are recommended.

    except from “0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 Years” have anyone read the other ones and would they be worth to have a look at?
