Question from a Newbie to buying property….

When submitting offers what are the points to remember? What do you need to put it subject to?

    I assume:

    a) Finance
    b) Building Inspection
    c) Valuation ???

I picked up from Steve’s book use as little Deposit as possible, say $1000, but is that refundable if Finance not approved or you are not satisfied with Building inspection??

Sorry if these are obvious question, but have to start somewhere.

    Cheers,

    Battz

    g’day battz71

best when you offer (and counter offer)
is to always have a get out clause. i wouldnt recommend having 3 of them though as it will only put the vendor off.

also make sure the subject is worded properly. ie sunject to inspection/finance/valuation to ‘buyers satisfaction’

    cheers
