    Hello again,

    Just wondering everyone’s age???

I am 25. I consider it quite young to be starting my investment plans, but would be interested to know what everyone thinks.

Also, how old were you all when you bought your first IP?[:D]

    Cheers,
    Victoria

Oh dear, here it goes I am 47.
Wish i started at 25, but didn’t even know what an invest property was, let alone PPOR, too busy enjoying life, travel and spending money.
Big panic and catch up mode at age 40 and many mistakes, but on track now, best of luck!

Old enough to Know but young enough to care.

Can remember decimal currency, the shooting of Kennedy, walking on the moon. winning the America’s cup …

The posiedon boom, when houses in the inner west of Sydney were sub 30k (still have one that I paid 29k for and have two years to go on the mge at $ 112 a month with weekley rent of $ 400!)

    The 87 crash

ALL in all property is the way to go!

    Hi Vic,

Im 33 and bought my first IP when I was 24 and it was the best thing I ever did. I have acquired 3 more and a PPOR since then, all largely funded through the cash flow and cap gain in the original IP.

    Hi Guys

    Keep the humour coming.

I am 175 going on middle age with a grand daughter due to be born within the next 48 hrs.

I haven’t got as much hair as Westan either. But I bet we both wear glasses.

    Go the All Blacks.

    Hi Amit

Thanks. The daughter is having a daughter.

I watched SVU which was quite interesting. The story line had nothing about property investing but it had an interesting medical ethical type line.

10:40pm here now and time for bed.

I’ll read the new postings in the morning.

    Go the All Blacks

HI am I 28 – I brought my first IP when I was 23. I read an article about how the 20 somethings are getting more into property than shares these days – seems to be some truth in that in the ages of investors on tis site.[:)]

    Howdy,

I’m 29, charmingly articulate, dashingly handsome (think a combination of Brad Pitt and Colin Farrell) and some say my physique has parallels with a certain Mr Schwarzenegger… I’m also a pathological liar.

I bought first PPOR at 25, first IP at 26, now have 5 and a half IPs plus my PPOR… could keep buying now, but now that I have a little bit of security in the form of a full time job (for the first time in 6 or so years) will put the foot down early next year once my wedding is out of the way… whatever happened to the bride’s dad coughing up some folding stuff??? However, if a great deal comes up, who knows??????

    Cheers

Liar, liar, liar Richo… I agree with that at least!

I am 28 (29 in Dec). I look like Disco Stu off the Simpsons (at least to Richo anyway).

    Cheers

I’m 25. Brought my PPOR at 20 (just before I got married) and brought my first IP at 24.

Looking to buy some more IPs but finding it hard to find +ve properties that are still for sale… hehe (ie they always seem to be sold by the time I find em).

PS. I wish I’d found this site back when I brought my PPOR, cause based on prices back then I would have many more IPs than I do now… [;)]
