    Does anyone know about this development in KSW?
    Does anyone know if it is a good buy or not, the apartment rent at an extremely high rate.
    Also Australand is about to develop another building north of the north tower. Does anyone have any info on how high this building will be?
    I heard that the prices at KSW are falling, does any1 know why?

    Any info would b appreciated before I consider to purchase.
