    capital growth for last year was -1% for Cobar.

    Ahhh Disco Stu,

    Thanks for the reminder… only one more weekend of pain to go, then it’s all optimism (maybe) for next year… At least they’ve got some motivation for this week v Hawthorn in regards to Captain Blood’s passing… I went to his funeral on Wednesday for work… the players didn’t even hang around for the wake/function back at the club… so that shows you how much they’re taking it all on board (not)

    oh well…

    Hey Richmond. Just wanted to add my congrats to the list as well. Well done. Don’t worry mate, I barrack for the Tigers here in Sydney (Rugby League) and they’ve had a fairly ordinary year too, but things are looking up, maybe 2004 or 05 or 06 or 07……..
