Just learnt today that i have recieved uncondition approval for finance for my first IP.[

Not much of a doozy of an IP but a Reno will add $40000 to capital value while only spending 6k.
When rented i will have to fork out about $30 a week to cover costs but i am paying 8.85% interest and when i refinance mid next year to a lower interest rate it will go Positive so not too worried about the -ve cashflow at the moment.
Just hope all goes well with settlement. (fingers x’d)Just wanna thank all you guys and gals for all your posts. Have been reading posts on this forum for 6 months now and have learnt much.
