    Hi,

I hope someone can help me, it’s very scary taking the leap for the first IP, esp when it appears on the other side of the country!

Could someone pls give me a checklist of what should be covered when I purchase remotely?

It’s easily passed the 11 sec rule, even when you account for rates and corporate body fees. Now I want to make an offer – so I offer subject to what? Well I know subject to finance, but what else?

Please reply as soon as you can, it will be greatly appreciated.

Hi slick. Subject to finance, subject to pest and building inspection and subject to anything else that may concern you. Don’t feel you have to buy unless you are 100% happy with the purchase.

    Regards
