    at the moment what with the books and this site it is a lot to take in it’s good to know you can ask what seems like repedative questions and there is someone that has or is going through the same thing I guess repatition is the best way to learn does anyone have other ways to learn these things

    Where you talking in general or about a specifc area of the Central Coast??

    Hi Aaron. Don’t be in too much of a hurry. Try to learn everything you can by all means, but believe me, the learning never stops (bit like life). Try to work out what strategy applies to you and how you can get there. In the meantime, keep talking to likewise minded people and hang around this forum where you will pick up heaps of info.

    Thanks I think the first thing is to learn how to get the finance manager on side she is not interested at this time so it gives me plenty of time to learn
