    Greetings all,

Hope all is well & very positive [:D]

I have a few IP’s now & also have an on-site caravan, do I have an legal obligation to inform the owners ? If so, what would legally be there %cut in this form of rental income ?

Hi Michael and everyone out there,
I’m just starting out and am considering buying a cabin in a park to rent out. Does anyone know the answer to Michael’s question?
Michael, besides the park’s rental are you paying any other charges eg water?
    Any answers would be appreciated.
Thank you everyone. I find these forums really helpful.

    Hi Sweetie,

Only paying MY annual fees to keep caravan onsite, there getting rental income from me in other words.

I was only wodering if I let it out once or twice for the year then maybe I can recover the annuals as a tax deduction ! [8D]
