    I was wondering what information would be most useful for me to provide to a valuer. I want a valuation done on a PPOR I am looking at getting in the Brisbane area and was wondering if anyone could recommend someone (and approx cost). I understand it is often to your advantage to provide information such as recent sales date for the area etc??
    I would also appreciate if anyone new a good building inspector for Brisbane?

    Hi!

    Regarding valuations – if it’s for the purpose of refinancing I recommend seeing a broker who should be able to organise a free one with a lender-approved valuer. Regarding a local building inspector, I can highly recommend Builder: Gordon Gillam – 0418 690 313

    Thanks very much Mel. It wasn’t for refinancing just trying to get an idea if my PPOR is good value. I will give them a call, thanks for the pest inspection contact also.
