My name is Gary Young from Toowoomba, Qld. I just saw Steve McKnight on Channel 9’s Today Show, and was impressed with his philosophy. I was impressed because it’s much the same philosophy I’ve been developing for the past year or so. Difference is,,,, he’s done something about it!!!
I’m an accredited Home Loan Consultant with Home Loan Connexion, and have always believed my clients should avoid negative gearing, and always work towards positive gearing.
As I get time, I’ll review many of the postings as is possible. You never know it all!!
