Hi guys, I am a new member to this site. I have been “investing” in property for the last 2 years but I feel may have been investing unwisely.

Having said that I have a range of Risk Management strategies in place to decrease at least strong adverse events brining me down……..in theory anyway.

I am about to step into the land of Options (wrapping) in the next 2 months or so. I have to sell one negatively geared property to get underway. It is currently on the market to allow this to happen. 32 perches ( 2 titles) 1.5 Ks from Brisbane CBD – zoned LMR so perhaps it will not take too long to sell.

While I do not expect anybody to tell me where really cheap properties are can anybody refer to me to a State that is:

    (a) wrapping friendly
    (b) has some properties somewhere for $80,000 or under.

I feel that this site coupled with Steve’s book will drive me forward and while I try to contain excitement and expectations I am energised and looking forward to the challenges of finding property to fit my risk management criteria.

    Any assistance is appreciated. Dianne

LMR means low to medium residential zoning eg units

Hi Richard thanks. Do you know of any Brisbane “support” groups for wrapping/options eg venues where ideas can be exchanged face to face etc?
