    Just thought we could get everone’s thoughts on what home loan they consider to be the best!
    Let’s say

    Standard Variable Rate (not intro)

    Choose either
    1)LVR 80% LO DOC’s
    2)LVR 90% 95% 100% (what does the loan max lend)

    Ongoing Fees?
    Application Fees?

    Exit Fees? If known!

    there are around 2000 different home loan options, thats what mortgage brokers are for!

    Agree with Crashy, maybe a better option would be to list who the brokers are, who the RE agents are, who the accountants/lawyers/etc are … ?!?

    Hi all,

    If you don’t already have a copy race down to your local newsagent and invest in the August edition of “Your Mortgage”.
    They have done the hard work and it is a useful point of reference, at least when you meet up with your broker you will know what your talking about.

    For $7.95 its worth the money[;)]
