Glad to hear that you have acquired this magnificent property from my Accountant? He showed this picture to me prior to Xmas last year suggesting that I could rent it from him for the holiday season. I had to decline – the stairs were too steep.sushi03Member@sushi03Join Date: 2003Post Count: 33
You could rent it out to the bereau of meteorology,
they might get some predictions right by replacing their weather balloons with your weather caravan!!!!!!!!!11

Spacious open plan living. Ample car parking area underneath. Solar heating for those cold winter nights. Small deck area for hosting BBQ’s. Magnificent 360 degree views. Excellent television reception.
Would suit first home buyer with an interest in mountaineering.

Let me guess… you rent it out to the “Flying Wolenders” as a holiday house? Perhaps the country Fire Authority as a mobile tower? Is it Strata Title or Stratospshere Title?
I just knew there was a trick to this game!!!
Great stuff Steve. Just what I needed after a hard day at the J.O.B.
Have a great day

“Rock-a-bye baby on the treetops, when the wind blows the craddle will rock”… [:0)]
I can think of some really good uses of this property…
1) Where to go to eat baked beans
2) Where to go to get away from screaming children or babies at arsenic hour
3) Where to catch the best thunder and rain acoustics
4) Where to have your ‘HAM’ radio antenna attatched to. I can just see Mike now “CQDX CQDX this is VK3EMJ, Echo Mike Juliet, CQDX” … [:0)]
5) Where to send your teenagers when they want to practice their drums, trombone, french horn.
For me, you’d be hard pressed to get me up there. I prefer terra firma.
Actually my mother of 8 soon to be 9, is looking for another caravan, she’s already got 2, but it’s getting crowded on the land, this might solve her problem! [:0)]
